Booking and Cancellation Conditions

Booking Conditions:

To confirm your reservation, prepayment of the first night’s stay is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
The reservation is considered confirmed by Mandala Bungalows once the booking confirmation email has been sent by the property, and in any case, not before.
The remaining balance of your stay must be paid on the day of arrival upon check-in, either in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Cancellation Policy

1. The modification or cancellation of a reservation by the client will incur the following charges:
• The deposit for the first night of the stay will be charged once the reservation has been made.

• 100% of the stay will be charged if the client cancels or modifies the reservation less than fifteen days before arrival.

• 100% of the stay will be charged if the client does not show up.

In the event of circumstances beyond the client’s control or force majeure, the same criteria outlined in this section will apply to reservation modifications or cancellations.

2. Reservation modifications (changes to check-in or check-out dates) are subject to the establishment’s availability for the modification proposed by the client. Any modification to a reservation will result in the loss of the deposit for the first night of the stay.

3. If the client leaves the establishment before the scheduled departure date, they will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining days of their stay.

4. Under no circumstances will money be held for future bookings due to a modification or cancellation of a reservation.

5. Occupancy of the accommodation will be limited to the number of people indicated in the booking confirmation (which may be one adult or a maximum of two adults). Any visit to the property by individuals not registered at the establishment must be consulted and authorized in advance by the owner. If it is detected that during your stay there are more people than registered on the day of arrival at check-in, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the client will not be entitled to a refund for the remainder of their stay.

Establishment Rules

In accordance with the provisions of Law 13/2011, of December 23, on Tourism in Andalusia (Article 36) in conjunction with Decree 47/2004, of February 10, on Hotel Establishments (Article 5):

ENTRY AND/OR STAY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS PROHIBITED FOR ANY PERSON WHO:

Brings an unregistered person into the establishment
Brings a pet into the establishment
Causes or incites any disturbance that bothers other guests
Shouts at or speaks inappropriately to the staff Establishment
Smoking inside any of the bungalows
The accommodation must not be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Any of these circumstances will be considered a cancellation of the client’s reservation and will release the establishment from any obligation to refund any amounts related to the reservation.

In case of damage to the furniture and equipment of the establishment, the client must immediately notify the landlord and is obligated to compensate the establishment for the resulting damages.

Mandala Bungalows reserves the right of admission.
