Mandala is located on Avenida Trafalgar, the main street in Los Caños de Meca. Los Castillejos Beach is less than a minute’s walk away, and from the accommodation you can easily reach restaurants, supermarkets and other local services on foot. An ideal location for forgetting about the car for a few days.

Is it an adults-only accommodation?

Yes. Mandala is exclusively designed for adults looking for peace, rest and a relaxing stay by the sea. In addition, all the bungalows are designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of two adults, so extra beds cannot be added and children are not allowed.

Are pets allowed?

No. Mandala does not allow pets, regardless of their size.

Are all the bungalows the same?

No. They are all designed for two people, but each one has different features. Mandala has only five bungalows, all of them different from one another. Some have sea views, others have a patio or garden, and two have a private terrace.

How many people can stay?

All bungalows have a maximum capacity of two adults.

Arrival at Mandala is simple and personalised. When you make your reservation, we usually ask for an approximate arrival time so that we can arrange the key handover and check-in on the day of arrival. This allows us to welcome you personally when you arrive, avoiding unnecessary waiting, as Mandala does not have a reception.

What time can I check in?

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:00.

Before 15:00, the Mandala team is carrying out the cleaning, preparation and organisation tasks necessary to welcome guests. During this time, it is not possible to access the bungalows, leave luggage or attend to calls or messages related to new arrivals.

Once the check-in period has ended (22:00), it will also not be possible to check in or attend to calls or messages related to check-in until the following day.

We recommend planning your journey so that you arrive within the established hours and enjoy a smooth and hassle-free arrival.

What time do I need to check out of the bungalow?

Check-out must take place before 11:00.

At this time, the cleaning service contracted by Mandala begins preparing the bungalows for the next guests. This is an external agency that works according to a set schedule and established working hours, so it is important that the bungalow is vacated before 11:00.

If you would like to extend your stay beyond 11:00, please contact us in advance. Subject to availability and the organisation of the accommodation, we may be able to offer you a late check-out at a cost of €60 per hour.

Where can I park?

Mandala does not have private parking, but free parking can be found in the surrounding area throughout the year.

In summer, especially at weekends and during August, it can be more difficult to find a parking space due to the high number of visitors.

If you prefer to arrive knowing that your parking space is guaranteed, we can reserve a space for you at the Los Acantilados private car park, located around 100 metres from Mandala. You only need to request it at least 24 hours before your arrival.

Parking is paid directly to the car park on the day of arrival. As a guide, the rate usually ranges from €10 to €15 per day, depending on the season.

To confirm your reservation, you must pay the amount corresponding to the first night of your stay. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount of your stay will be paid on the day of arrival, during check-in.

Once you have made your reservation online, we will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of your stay. After confirming that the payment has been processed correctly, your reservation will be officially confirmed and you will receive an email with your reservation confirmation and all the information you need to prepare for your stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

The first night of your stay, paid as a deposit to confirm the reservation, is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before the arrival date, a charge corresponding to the total amount of the stay may apply, in accordance with our Booking and Cancellation Conditions.

We recommend making a reservation only when you are certain that you will be able to enjoy your stay on the selected dates.

For security reasons and to comply with tourist accommodation regulations, access to the property by people who are not registered on the reservation is not permitted without prior authorisation from Mandala Bungalows.

If you would like another person to access the property during your stay, you must inform us in advance. If authorised, they will need to provide their identification document before entering.

Access by unregistered or unauthorised persons will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, with the guest losing all rights arising from it, including the refund of any amounts paid.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside the bungalows.

If you wish to smoke, you can do so on the private terrace or outdoor area, always using the ashtrays and taking care not to disturb other guests.
