Reservation and cancellation conditions

Reservation conditions:

For a reservation to be effective, it is necessary to pay in advance 20% of the total amount of the stay. This deposit is non-refundable.
The reservation is considered effective by Mandala Bungalows once the reservation confirmation e-mail has been sent by the establishment and, in any case, not before.
The rest of the stay (80% of the total amount) must be paid on the day of arrival at check-in, either in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Cancellation Policy

1. The modification or cancellation of the reservation by the client will entail the following charges:

The deposit of 20% of the total stay once the reservation is made if the reservation is canceled or modified by the client more than fifteen days before arrival.
100% of the stay if the client cancels or modifies the reservation less than fifteen days before arrival.
100% of the stay in case the client does not show up.
In case of circumstances beyond the control of the client or due to force majeure, the same criteria set out in this section will be applied for modification or cancellation of the reservation.

2. The modifications of the reservation (the changes of date of entry or exit) will be subject to the availability that the establishment has for the modification proposed by the client.

3. When the client leaves the establishment before the scheduled departure date, they will not be entitled to a refund of the amount corresponding to the remaining days of the stay.

4. In no case will it be accepted to save the money for future reservations due to a reservation modification or cancellation.

5. The occupation of the accommodation will be limited to the number of people indicated in the reservation confirmation (maximum 2 adults). The person in charge may prevent entry to the accommodation in case of exceeding the allowed number. If it is detected that there are more than the authorized number of people during the stay, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Any visit to the establishment by people who are not staying there must be consulted and authorized by the owner.

Establishment rules

By virtue of what is established in Law 13/2011, of December 23, on Andalusian Tourism (article 36) in connection with Decree 47/2004, of December 10 February, of Hotel Establishments (article 5):


Enter a person not registered in the establishment
Introduce a pet in the establishment
Cause or incite any disorder that annoys other customers
Yelling at or addressing facility staff incorrectly
Smoke inside any of the bungalows
You have not vacated the accommodation no later than eleven o’clock in the morning on the day of departure
Any of these circumstances will be considered as a cancellation of the client’s reservation and will release the establishment from any obligation to reimburse the amounts linked to the reservation.

In case of causing damage to the furniture and equipment of the establishment, the client must notify the landlord immediately and will be obliged to replace the damage resulting from not communicating on time.
